We provide direct technical assistance on the products we sell (engraving machines, CAM /CAM software, 3D printers) to allow customers a quick return on their investment.
Support is active Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5:30pm excluding holidays.

We have different assistance modes to better adapt to customer needs. If you are a customer of ours and you need technical assistance you can contact us in one of the following ways:

- You can open a ticket directly via the support portal
Before submitting a support request, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions FAQ published in the Italian support portal to check if we have already written an answer to a request similar to yours. In the case, try to send us a request with a single topic describing better that you can find the anomaly you are experiencing and we will provide assistance in the way best suited to your specific case.

In case the request for assistance was out of warranty, because the warranty has expired or because the request does not concern a subject provided for in the guarantee or the current commercial conditions, we will send you an estimate.
