Mini CNC milling machine MDX-540
The MDX-540 machine is a high-performance mini CNC capable of performing 2D and 3D machining by removal by milling.
MDX-540 is specifically designed for the creation of artifacts, objects, 3-axis prototypes with very high detail accuracy. The modeler is made for design offices, laboratories, technical offices, design studios, mold laboratories, three-dimensional graphics and didactic applications in the technical and university fields. The main features of the MDX-540 modeler are as follows:

- XYZ working area equal to 500x400x155mm;
- High power 400w brushless spindle motor;
- Spindle speed selectable from 3000 to 10000 rpm;
- Feed rate equal to 125mm / sec;
- External controller;

Solidly built and according to the industry standards in use, the worktop is equipped with special hooks to block clamps or other locking systems of the workpiece. The size of the worktop is 520x420mm and the useful area 500x400x155mm. If the tool changer is installed, the work area is reduced to the size of 400x400x155mm.
As an option, there is also a worktop with T-Slots, ZTT-540, with the same dimensions as the standard one.
Machining spindle ZS-540TY
The MDX-540 mini CNC 3D milling machine is already equipped with the ZS-540TY spindle. The spindle is built according to Roland standards which provide a solid structure that avoids the triggering of vibration and which has a high machining torque that engages immediately and remains constant regardless of the processing speed. It is equipped with standard Yukiwa collets for shank grafts up to 10mm. A wide range of collars are available.
ZAT-540 tool changer
MDX-540 provides for the installation of a ZAT-540 tool changer which houses four different tools. In this way, the processing can be performed in a totally automatic way, from the roughing phase to the finishing phase. The MDX-540 controller will perform the tool change according to the machining process. Collets for tools and relative hooks for the spindle are available.
ZCL-540 rotary axis
ZCL-540 is an optional rotary axis that is installed on the MDX-540 worktable and allows you to work an object at 360 °, automatically rotating it at the end of the work on each face. The diameter of the workable piece is 180mm and a length of 285mm. The movement is controlled by a precise motor powered by alternating current. The fixing tip has a 100mm hook and is equipped with a tailstock for rear fixing. The 4th axis is controlled from the external panel.
The control panel is external and is made in a "handheld" style. Allows complete control of all processing parameters and displays the processing steps in progress.
The handling system is made with high precision servo-controlled motors. The feedback control always allows to obtain the expected progress. The data management system organizes the instructions so that they are processed in the most optimal way, reducing processing times. The guides are made on high-level recirculating ball rods.
