The MNSB-155 model is a portable and cordless dot peen marking machine, designed to mark a wide range of materials, including plastic and steel and in general all metals. Thanks to the practical 18V lithium batteries, depending on the battery capacity it can reach an autonomy of 8 hours of continuous use, making it perfect and completely autonomous for mobile marking operations in the factory or on a construction site.
Standard Makita batteries allow for quick replacement to work continuously by alternating the batteries. The robust structure in Nylon reinforced with glass fiber resistant to impacts ensures resistance in harsh industrial environments, while the high impact force allows the marking of very heavy or large pieces.
With an ergonomic design and a low mass of only 3.4 kg (With 3Ah battery), the portable marker MNSB-155 is easy to handle and does not tire.
The system supports marking of linear text, circular text (text along the circle), serial incremental counter, HPGL or DXF logo marking, QR code marking, Datamatrix code marking, date codes, current time marking... ensuring long-lasting and precise results through a tungsten carbide tool that strikes the material with a rapid sequence of micro-dots.
