Materials
Anodized aluminum and stainless steel are the most widely used materials in industrial applications thanks to their excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Depending on the application, brass, plastics and other technical materials may also be used.
Variable Data Marking
Sequential serial numbers, production codes, QR codes, DataMatrix codes and other identification data can be automatically retrieved from a manufacturing management system and marked on each nameplate without manual intervention, simplifying traceability management.
Production Technologies
Diamond-tip CNC engraving is a practical and widely used solution for engraving pre-printed or screen-printed aluminum nameplates. A CO₂ laser is ideal for marking large quantities of aluminum or plastic nameplates, while a fiber laser is an excellent choice for stainless steel nameplates. Dot peen marking is also an interesting technology for permanent metal marking and industrial traceability applications.
