Main Requirements

To access operating lease, the following conditions generally apply:

  • the company must have completed at least two full financial years of activity;
  • the equipment must be covered by mandatory insurance for the entire duration of the contract;
  • the application must be approved by Grenke.

For investments below €10,000, additional income documentation is not usually required. Final evaluation and approval remain solely at Grenke's discretion.
