The new Spirit PRO series lasers: more choice, more flexibility, more performance

PCube expands its range of professional laser systems with the new GCC LaserPro Spirit PRO series, designed to meet the marking, engraving, and cutting needs of increasingly diverse production environments.
The range currently comprises two main platforms: Spirit LS PRO and Spirit GLS PRO, both available with configurations that allow you to choose the laser technology best suited to your applications.

Spirit LS PRO: available with CO₂ or Fiber source

The new Spirit LS PRO is available in both a CO₂ version for engraving and cutting non-metallic materials and a fiber version for direct metal marking.

The fiber version can be configured with 30W or 60W sources, offering high precision, marking speeds of up to 3.04 m/s, and high-quality results even for the most complex jobs. It is the ideal solution for jewelry, industrial plates, tools, technical components, and applications requiring permanent markings on metals.

Both versions share the key features of the PRO platform, including:

• SmartEYE™ CCD camera for visual job positioning;
• 4" touch control panel;
• High-speed mechanics;
• Designed for productivity and ease of use.

Spirit GLS PRO: larger working area and hybrid configuration

For companies requiring a larger operating area, the new Spirit GLS PRO, an evolution of the GLS platform, is available.

In addition to offering a more generous work surface than the LS PRO, the GLS PRO can be configured in the Hybrid PRO version, which simultaneously integrates a CO₂ source and a fiber source within the same machine.

This configuration allows for processing non-metallic materials and metals without having to use two separate systems, increasing production flexibility and reducing job changeover times.

The main features of the GLS PRO include:

• Engraving speed up to 3.04 m/s;
• Integrated SmartEYE™ CCD camera;
• 4" touch display;
• New magnetic scale system for quickly switching between metric and imperial units;
• Option to integrate advanced features such as SmartVISION Elite CCD and SmartGUARD™ Fire Alarm.
